IT Project Manager - SAP Rollout for Renewable Energy Systems (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - SAP Rollout for Renewable Energy Systems to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead a complex international SAP rollout project focused on renewable energy systems, specifically in Switzerland and Italy. Your expertise in project management and SAP will be crucial as you navigate politically sensitive and organizationally complex environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead the overall project at various locations including Bern, Milan, and wind farms in Cerignola and Apulia.
• Ensure effective coordination between production (wind energy), IT, HR, finance, procurement, and the SAP department.
• Structure, plan, and manage the rollout project despite initial resource challenges.
• Conduct FIT/GAP workshops focusing on SAP modules PM, CS, MM, FI/CO, and HR.
• Ensure the 1:1 transfer of existing processes while considering Italian regulatory requirements.
• Manage communication with executive members, shared services, and international stakeholders.
• Be responsible for alignment, risk management, decision-making, and escalation processes in a politically sensitive environment.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in leading complex international IT and ERP rollouts.
• Strong leadership skills in politically challenging environments with multiple stakeholder interests.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules PM, CS, MM, FI/CO, and HR, along with FIT/GAP methodology.
• Experience with process harmonization and 1:1 rollouts, as well as regulatory requirements (ideally international).
• Very strong communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style in multi-team organizations.
• Fluent in German and English; Italian is a significant advantage.
