About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Director - AI Data Solutions (Remote) to lead our sales efforts in the UK market. As a Sales Director, you will drive new revenue execution across the UK for our enterprise AI-powered decision intelligence subscriptions. What You'll Do

• Own new enterprise subscription revenue and expand ARR within existing accounts.
• Drive pipeline-to-close efficiency while maintaining structured deal discipline.
• Represent Rwazi at the executive buyer level and close multi-year subscription contracts.
• Navigate complex buying committees and align product capabilities with enterprise pain points.
• Increase ARR and achieve higher win rates by driving expansion within multi-department enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise sales with a focus on subscription-based business models.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive sales.
• Experience in the AI or data solutions industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
