Senior Graphic Designer - Head of Creation & Design

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Aqipa. This Senior Graphic Designer remote position offers the opportunity to leave your mark by conceptualizing and designing visually stunning on- and offline communications. You will work on a variety of projects including digital ads, landing pages, social media assets, and more, collaborating with some of the world's most sought-after tech brands.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design visually stunning communications across various platforms.
• Oversee the visual identity of our websites, ensuring UX-optimized layouts and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with brand management, eCommerce teams, and external partners to create impactful visual experiences.
• Handle product and advertising photography, including lighting, retouching, and preparing assets for web and print.
• Integrate and master AI tools in your daily workflow to enhance design innovation.
• Manage multiple design projects with precision and creativity.
• Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new design technologies and trends.

Requirements

• 6 - 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction.
• A strong portfolio showcasing mastery in print, digital, and branding.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in photography, retouching, and image optimization.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Curiosity for creative innovation and emerging design technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven design tools.
• Knowledge of eCommerce design principles.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
