As a key player in our game development process, you will shape the long-term depth and scalability of our character collection mobile game. What You'll Do

• Own the combat framework: define and evolve core combat rules, stats, damage formulas, scaling, and resolution systems.
• Design character kits: create distinct, scalable abilities and roles that support squad-building depth and long-term expansion.
• Develop systemic interactions: build and maintain elemental systems, synergies, and combat mechanics that create meaningful strategic choices.
• Drive combat balance: tune and iterate using data and playtesting to maintain a healthy, evolving meta.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, art, and analytics teams to enhance player engagement and game scalability.
• Contribute to the development of a billion-player experience.
• Utilize AI tools for game development to enhance the gaming experience.
