Remote Senior Program Manager - Project Management

What You'll Do

• Oversee the successful delivery of complex deployment programs as a Remote Senior Program Manager.
• Accountable for the successful implementation and hand-off to support.
• Develop and manage the master project plan using automated tools.
• Define and measure performance against specific project goals.
• Allocate project staff with required competencies to ensure project success.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team to achieve successful completion.
• Establish and maintain contact with customers and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to all relevant parties.
• Utilize best practices in project management to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor project budgets and financial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in project management.
• PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems preferred.
• Proficiency in project scheduling applications such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in revenue growth.
• Ability to assess and mitigate project-related risks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with teams.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to think outside of standard responsibilities and take initiative.

Nice to Have

• Experience in remote project management.
