HVAC Technical Branch Service Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Branch Service Manager to join our team at Bosch-HomeComfort. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading the Technical Support Services function for our branch. As an HVAC Technical Branch Service Manager, you will provide essential technical support for YORK products and facilitate training for HVAC contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the organization and operation of the Technical Support Services function.
• Provide technical support for YORK products to branch personnel and HVAC contractors.
• Facilitate training sessions for HVAC contractors to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Supervise warranty obligations on UPG products, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in determining necessary parts inventory for efficient service operations.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain high service standards.
• Distribute Service and Service-Tips letters to keep contractors informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• 10+ years of HVAC field experience, demonstrating expertise in technical support.
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the area for training and support purposes.
