About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Lyra Health. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting our mission to transform mental health care. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA while contributing to a company that serves over 17 million individuals.

What You'll Do

• Support the Legal team's efficiency and organization by managing legal technology systems.
• Oversee the operational maintenance of contract-related workflows and coordinate the execution of contracts.
• Develop and generate performance dashboards and reports to track legal operations metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance legal processes and implement improvements.
• Provide support to various practice areas within the Legal team, ensuring smooth operations.
• Stay current with legal operations trends and technology to keep our practices up-to-date.
• Build relationships with cross-functional business stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
• Handle departmental mail distribution and support users on legal tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or legal operations.
• Experience with legal management tools like CLM and CRM systems.
• Ability to learn and manage new software and technology effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional customer service and collaboration skills.
