Senior Full-Stack Developer - AI & Modern Tech Focus

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering end-to-end solutions across a range of projects. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building high-quality user experiences while engineering the systems, APIs, and integrations that make them robust, scalable, and secure.

What You'll Do

• Work across both front-end and back-end systems, taking ownership of technical delivery from initial discovery through to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable, and well-structured technical solutions.
• Utilize modern development workflows and AI tools to enhance speed, exploration, and efficiency while maintaining responsibility for code quality and long-term maintainability.
• Apply strong full-stack fundamentals, clean coding practices, and a sharp eye for quality in all deliverables.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, guiding decisions and shaping project direction.
• Demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast-moving project environments.
• Employ a methodical approach to problem-solving and showcase a genuine passion for technology and the evolving development landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in modern technologies including JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, and GraphQL.
• Experience with AI tools and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and WordPress is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM technologies and their application in development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
