What You'll Do

• Lead the Production team and manage day-to-day operations for local studio projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Collaborate with Account Leads to form internal project leadership teams tailored to specific projects.
• Negotiate legal terms and ensure safe conditions for production.
• Manage project budgets from initial quotations to final approvals, ensuring financial accountability.
• Build connections between content and technology, shaping the future of digital experiences.
• Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and regional collaboration within the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in interactive content production, including campaign and brand films.
• Proven track record of managing production programs exceeding $5 million.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to project management.
• Excellent understanding of business OKRs and financial principles.
• Ability to inspire and support team members while leading cross-functional collaborations.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for creative problem-solving.
