Senior Enterprise Account Manager - Remote EMEA
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Altium. This role is pivotal as you will be directly engaging with C-Suite executives and director-level personas across the EMEA region. Your expertise will help drive our innovative platform, enhancing the way electronics are designed and built.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned enterprise customers, ensuring exceptional onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Identify and communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
- Serve as the internal expert for specific verticals, building long-term and successful customer relationships through empathy and active listening.
- Demonstrate sound business judgment by evaluating alternatives and making recommendations that lead to successful outcomes.
- Negotiate effectively before and after contracts are signed, ensuring all parties are aligned and satisfied.
- Manage and update the pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Be available and willing to travel as needed to customer sites and meetings across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- 6+ years of business development or account management experience, with a strong focus on technical products or services.
- Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency.
- Significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology.
- Ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting professional presentations at all levels.
- Experience in the technology industry is strongly preferred, particularly in selling software as a service products.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing complex contracts and negotiations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
