Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing - EMEA/LATAM
About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact, results-oriented Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing for EMEA and LATAM to lead all aspects of marketing within the region. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in a fully remote environment. As a Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline acceleration, revenue growth, and market expansion in this geography. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and serves as a strategic partner to the EMEA & LATAM Sales leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the holistic regional marketing strategy, aligning all initiatives with regional business objectives and the global top-down enterprise sales motion.
- Own regional revenue influence and pipeline targets, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
- Act as the senior marketing executive for the region, serving as a strategic advisor to regional GTM leadership.
- Orchestrate and execute multi-channel demand generation programs and sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting C-suite and VP-level personas.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional marketing team, building leadership bench strength and succession capability.
- Own the regional marketing investment strategy and budget, ensuring disciplined allocation aligned to growth priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the partner team to integrate channel marketing initiatives into the regional strategy.
- Lead the execution of hosted events and trade shows of all sizes.
- Design and implement scaled customer marketing programs that foster advocates and capture success stories.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to develop annual and multi-year regional growth plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive B2B enterprise software regional field experience, with at least 3 years in a Director level role.
- Proven experience managing diverse marketing functions simultaneously within a single P&L/region.
- Deep understanding and proven success in marketing B2B enterprise software/SaaS with complex sales cycles.
- Strong track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing regional marketing teams.
- Highly analytical and data-fluent, comfortable using metrics to drive decisions.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
