About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking an EMEA People Business Partner to join our team in a remote capacity. As a People Business Partner, you will enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support execution and growth. This role is pivotal in reducing friction, increasing clarity, and amplifying leadership impact as the organization scales.
What You'll Do
- Drive core people processes, balancing executional rigor with speed.
- Identify patterns early, surface insights quickly, and help leaders course-correct before people challenges impact delivery.
- Serve as a hands-on partner to leaders across multiple countries, guiding them to make thoughtful, compliant, and forward-looking decisions.
- Operate at the intersection of business strategy, regional employment law, and employee experience.
- Shape initiatives that improve organizational health and employee experience.
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting multiple EMEA countries with working knowledge of regional employment laws.
- Sound judgment on complex people scenarios across jurisdictions.
- Ability to balance local legal nuance with global consistency.
- A strategic mindset combined with a bias for action.
- High levels of enthusiasm and positive energy.

- Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments.
- Comfortable walking sites and engaging with technicians.
- Proven ability to drive talent management practices.
