About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer - Remote to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in responsive design and creating visually appealing interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in project management and client management is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing design and digital strategy.
• Knowledge of B2B lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics.
