About the Role

What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Provide coaching and support to clients during onboarding and implementation phases.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Champion customer needs internally and advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management, preferably in an ERP or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client interactions.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
