As a Senior Brand Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand content strategy and ensuring that our brand resonates with millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creation and direction of brand content across various formats including push notifications, emails, social media, and advertisements.
• Transform our brand platform into inspiring guidelines and bring them to life in day-to-day assets.
• Manage the content request pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify briefs and deliver high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in content distribution.
• Act as a creative guardian of the Joko brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
• Inspire and mentor team members to push their creative boundaries and improve their design skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content or brand marketing roles, preferably in an agency or startup environment.
• Fluent in French and excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in tools such as Notion, Airtable, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to develop content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
• Solid understanding of brand storytelling and consistency.
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce trends and content creation for Gen Z and Millennials.
