Full-Cycle Recruiter - Global Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Panoptyc. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping protect over 20,000 retail locations through intelligent loss prevention strategies. As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for both technical and non-technical hiring across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring our hiring engine is efficient and effective.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Recruit for a variety of roles, including engineering, data, product, IT, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Utilize modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean/X-ray techniques to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Design and coordinate structured interviews and assessments to ensure a consistent and fair hiring process.
  • Maintain A+ ATS hygiene and automate processes where useful to improve efficiency.
  • Track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement rapid improvements to the recruiting process.
  • Provide coaching to interviewers on effective questioning and decision-making.
  • Deliver weekly pipeline updates and actionable recommendations to the Talent Lead and hiring teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a remote-first environment.
  • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to separate signal from noise in candidate assessments.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high ownership and urgency.
  • Experience in building or refining scalable recruiting workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in loss prevention, operations, or field-oriented environments.
  • Comfort assessing technical talent and commercial profiles.
  • Experience implementing lightweight hiring operations such as scorecards and ATS automations.
  • Additional languages for global sourcing and candidate engagement.
