Menlo Security is on the lookout for a Senior Platform Infrastructure Engineer (SRE Enablement) to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining the platform infrastructure that powers Menlo Security’s innovative products and services. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform infrastructure.
• Enable SRE practices across engineering teams to improve system reliability and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure standards.
• Drive incident response processes and post-incident reviews.
• Optimize system performance, capacity planning, and cost management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or SRE roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building reliable systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
