Senior Customer Relations Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at 3B Wonen. This remote position is perfect for someone who is passionate about improving tenant relations and tackling issues related to housing disturbances and fraud. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to providing affordable housing while ensuring tenant satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding housing disturbances and fraud.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure effective communication and resolution of tenant issues.
• Conduct initial screenings of reports related to housing disturbances and fraud, determining appropriate actions.
• Prepare and maintain process descriptions to improve operational efficiency.
• Report monthly on the progress of tenant issues and contribute to annual reports.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in tenant relations, housing disturbances, and fraud within the housing sector.
• Strong professional and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully.
• Proficient in digital tools, preferably with knowledge of Windows 365 and Tobias 365.
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in process improvement and reporting.
• Familiarity with legal frameworks related to housing.
