What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary insights liaison for the sales organization.
• Build and deliver executive-level presentations that communicate insights effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with clients to drive growth.
• Produce hypotheses around consumer behavior and market performance.
• Lead bi-annual insights forums showcasing analytics and recommendations.
• Develop a centralized library of insights resources to support client strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and analytics best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles in B2B financial services.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences and C-suite executives.
• Experience defining business problems and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Ability to manage 2-5 client engagements at once, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
