HR Generalist - Remote Position at Oddball

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist - Remote to join our team at Oddball. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Human Resources department and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. What You'll Do

• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices to ensure adherence.
• Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Administer leave programs, guiding employees through the application process and ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist with performance evaluation processes and training initiatives to enhance employee development.
• Contribute to the maintenance of employee records and performance documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the department's growth.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
