Senior GTM Operations Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior GTM Operations Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at Qdrant. As a leader in open-source vector databases, Qdrant specializes in creating high-performance solutions for next-generation AI applications. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing processes that empower our marketing, sales, and customer teams to operate efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows, scoring models, routing workflows, and campaign operations.
• Administer and optimize Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Utilize AI-driven approaches to enhance GTM processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success leaders to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data governance, ensuring clean, accurate, and actionable data across all GTM systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to system integrations, process improvement, and technology adoption.
• Establish clear documentation and compelling data presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue operations at fast-growing organizations.
• Deep technical expertise in HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, process automation, flows, dashboards).
• Strong experience across GTM, including marketing, sales, and customer operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with system integrations (e.g., HubSpot ↔ Salesforce) and process automation tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with additional GTM technologies (e.g., Amplemarket, Glyphic, Common Room).
