About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Analyze project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of personnel and the environment.
  • Organize resources, including human and material needs, and communicate effectively with site managers.
  • Monitor financial and contractual management, including budget establishment, client relations, subcontractor management, and invoicing.
  • Drive project performance by setting objectives, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting to upper management.
  • Innovate and optimize operations by finding creative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce timelines.
  • Manage and develop your teams, including organizing training and participating in recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in construction management or project execution.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with urban infrastructure projects, including roads, railways, ports, and airports.
  • Knowledge of innovative construction techniques and project management software.
