Senior Code Testing Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Code Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Code Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in reviewing production-grade code and evaluating AI outputs across various programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, and C++. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in India.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough code quality assessments to ensure production readiness of AI-generated full stack code.
• Evaluate maintainability, scalability, and adherence to real-world engineering standards.
• Rank solutions across multiple programming languages based on established criteria.
• Create and answer questions related to software engineering best practices.
• Document debugging strategies and version control workflows for team reference.
• Provide expert feedback on collaborative coding practices to enhance team performance.
• Analyze code quality across full stack development scenarios to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate training data for advanced coding AI capabilities to support ongoing model improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or C++.
• Experience in building and shipping production software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, and collaboration techniques.
• Excellent technical communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in backend engineering and server-side scaling.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks like PyTest, JUnit, or Mocha.
• Ability to author technical specifications and API contracts.
• Experience in code review, complex debugging, and analyzing large codebases.
• Startup founding or early employee experience is a plus.
