About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Practitioner to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality service delivery, guided by evidence-based practices and care pathways. You will work closely with senior colleagues to develop and implement service improvements, ensuring compliance with NICE and DH guidance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the evaluation and monitoring of clinical services, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Provide specialist assessments tailored to the needs of service users and their carers.
  • Supervise and manage lower-banded staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Support the Clinical Manager in operational planning and clinical governance.
  • Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Participate in the development of new service delivery initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies.
  • Contribute to financial and resource management within the service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, ideally within a mental health setting.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and operational management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
  • Experience in managing staff and resources effectively.
  • Relevant clinical qualifications and registrations.
  • Experience with remote work and virtual team management is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in service development and policy implementation.
  • Knowledge of mental health services and community care.
  • Familiarity with digital health technologies.
