Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau) remote to join our team at Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing. This fully remote position requires you to work within the EST or CST time zones. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-impact clinical and operational reporting initiatives for a large, PE-backed healthcare services organization.

What You'll Do

• Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Translate business and leadership requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions.
• Modernize and convert reports from legacy platforms into Tableau.
• Deliver executive-ready insights to non-technical audiences.
• Create interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI-driven visualizations.
• Own publishing, refresh schedules, QA, and continuous improvements.
• Work with large EMR/EHR-derived datasets, with support from the engineering team on pipelines.
• Partner closely with analytics leadership and data engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of BI, analytics, or reporting experience.
• Strong Tableau development experience (front-end focused).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable partnering with business and leadership stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
