Senior Business Analyst - Remote Position at Azumo

About the Role

Azumo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst remote to lead software development initiatives and personalized development projects. This position is fully remote, based in Latin America. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with business teams and technical engineering teams to understand, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Manage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Employ Agile methodologies to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are translated into functional solutions.
• Monitor project progress and adjust priorities as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in discovery processes, generating documentation that will be useful for future phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working within Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA and Notion.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain focus on key objectives.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Based in Latin America.
