About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Real Estate Services (Remote) to join Pinnacle Method Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and play a crucial part in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will oversee comprehensive financial operations and support project managers in achieving their goals.

What You'll Do

• Oversee comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and procurement coordination.
• Maintain oversight of project portfolios with a focus on status reporting and milestone management.
• Execute systematic administrative processes that support operational efficiency and compliance tracking.
• Facilitate effective team communication and coordination through structured meeting management.
• Support project managers with administrative requirements and documentation needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably within the facilities management or real estate industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and work order management systems.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Strong storytelling skills for creating engaging presentations.
