What You'll Do

• Collaborate with business teams in an Agile environment to ensure effective digital onboarding processes.
• Conduct functional analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation of business flows.
• Analyze business processes and monitor key performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Engage in regular feedback sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in digital onboarding and compliance.
• Strong functional analysis skills with a focus on requirements gathering and documentation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French is mandatory.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Belgium for at least 2 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as MiFID.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
