We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for AI Content Development to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists to ensure high-quality output.
• Allocate tasks effectively, oversee workflows, and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, identify areas for process improvement, and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, training, and career development support to team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, sharing regular updates on project progress.
• Guide the creation of structured business content, including case studies, scenarios, and domain-specific materials in areas such as finance, policy, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of project requirements and ensure team outputs meet quality standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of team management experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-specific projects.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in writing case studies, academic, or research content is advantageous.
• No prior AI experience required, open to candidates from related fields.
