• Coach and develop Associate Brand Managers and early-career talent to foster a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Proven experience in managing consumer-facing products (CPG/FMCG, food & beverage, or similar).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning a P&L.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
