What You'll Do

• Design and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Create a variety of visual assets, including logos, icons, infographics, promotional materials, and social media graphics tailored to the crypto community.
• Contribute to the development and execution of creative strategies to enhance brand recognition within the crypto market.
• Collaborate with product and web development teams to design intuitive UI/UX experiences that reflect our brand identity.
• Work with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, including advertisements, email templates, and banners.
• Continuously research and propose innovative design solutions that resonate with the blockchain community.
• Lead collaborative projects with marketing, development, and product teams to ensure design solutions meet business and customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design and visual design, with knowledge of UI/UX being a plus.
• Proven ability to take ownership of the design process and articulate design decisions that deliver user and business value.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, particularly in the tech industry.
• Ability to balance creative and strategic elements to enhance brand engagement across platforms.
