About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior App Engineer to join our innovative team at Tebi, where you can help shape the future of restaurant management systems. This Senior App Engineer remote position offers you the chance to work on cross-platform features and contribute to the development of our app architecture across Android and iOS.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of cross-platform features for our restaurant management app.
• Design and implement shared business logic and client code, while creating platform-specific UI components as needed.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver intuitive product experiences.
• Contribute to backend services to ensure tight integration and performance across the stack.
• Continuously improve build tooling, developer experience, and code quality.
• Play a critical role in shaping how Tebi scales across new markets, languages, and user types.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in mobile engineering.
• Strong experience building and shipping Android apps; familiarity with iOS and multiplatform development patterns.
• Comfortable owning architecture decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship features.
• A strong product mindset—you care about solving real problems for users, not just writing code.
• Great communication skills and a pragmatic approach to building scalable systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud services and backend development.
• Knowledge of modern development methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile project management.
