Senior Analytics Professional - Remote Opportunity

This Senior Analytics Professional position offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse analytics community focused on business analytics, data science, and advanced analytical tools.

What You'll Do

• Independently interface with key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate analysis that drives business objectives and targets.
• Perform analysis to drive change within the business and identify, quantify, and propose risk/reward trade-offs of recommendations.
• Develop strategy and associated performance analysis that achieves business objectives and results.
• Apply knowledge of business and balanced judgment in the interpretation of data.
• Provide analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations.
• Lead analytics projects requiring technical sophistication and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Engage in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion while performing ad hoc analysis and quickly providing results and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar analytics position.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.
• A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in banking, financial services, and/or analytics is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in independent thought and work.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and crafting engaging data-driven strategic recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Intermediate technical skills with Excel and/or analysis software.
• Experience in mentoring developing analytics professionals.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
