Senior Analyst - Market Access (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Analyst - Market Access to join our dynamic team at Costello Medical. In this role, you will take a leading position across various Market Access projects, ensuring that work is delivered to an exceptionally high standard. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping clear, evidence-based value narratives for new therapies, utilizing your strong scientific understanding and excellent written communication skills. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage client projects, providing strategic advice and mentoring project teams.
• Develop global value materials such as value dossiers and value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across different services within Costello Medical.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables to agreed timelines.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1).
• Demonstrated professional experience in delivering market access projects.
• Strong scientific writing skills and proficiency in tailoring content for various audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading client communication in both written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrable project management skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
