About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Remote to join our consultancy team at Inara. As a key player in delivering high-impact AI projects, you will work hands-on with advanced tools and frameworks to enhance engineering workflows. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in AI engineering while working remotely from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Develop and embed reliable engineering workflows using tools like Claude Code.
• Utilize skills, hooks, and AGENTS.md to build governed, reusable workflows.
• Implement deterministic tooling such as tests, linters, and security checks to ensure model outputs are reliable.
• Standardize operations within repositories, connecting agents to real systems of record through MCP and remote tooling.
• Design and implement specialized agents for code review and security without adding unnecessary complexity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on practical applications of AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of building workflows that engineers can trust and adopt.
• Experience with connecting agents to documentation and security tooling.
• Ability to identify failure patterns in AI systems and improve them continuously.
• Excellent systems thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Storybook.
• Experience in building production-ready environments for AI applications.
• Understanding of codebases and developer workflows.
