About the Role
We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at Dexian. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions, focusing on LLM and GenAI technologies. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for rapidly prototyping, validating, and scaling AI solutions while collaborating closely with engineers and product leaders.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML tools and systems that meet the needs of our clients.
- Rapidly iterate on proof of concepts (PoCs) with product stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Champion AI engineering best practices and uphold code quality standards across the team.
- Utilize your strong ML fundamentals and practical GenAI experience to drive innovation.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Own both experimentation and productization processes, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of advanced Python development experience.
- 3-4+ years of hands-on AI/ML project experience with a focus on production delivery.
- Strong understanding of AI orchestration, LLMs, and data access patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably MS Azure or MS Fabric.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog for logging and monitoring.
- Proficiency in SQL/SQL Server and data access pattern design.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and Git for version control.
- Knowledge of multi-agent workflows and MCP server design.
- Understanding of prompt monitoring and drift detection techniques.
