In this remote role, you will translate complex multimodal agentic AI, LLMs, and machine-learning architectures into clear, compelling business value. Your skills will be essential in designing AI systems that see, hear, read, reason, decide, and act, directly impacting our customers across the Asia Pacific region.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery with customers to understand their business challenges, data environment, infrastructure landscape, and operational workflows.
• Architect end-to-end multimodal agentic AI solutions involving LLMs, vision models, and speech models, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise APIs and existing applications.
• Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs), benchmarks, and A/B evaluations, producing clear documentation on metrics, model performance, constraints, and ROI.
• Work closely with customer data teams to gather, clean, and preprocess multimodal datasets, optimizing custom LLM prompts and fine-tuning models for specific applications.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of Reka’s multimodal models, helping customers understand advanced concepts such as tool-use and planning, multi-agent workflows, and knowledge grounding.
• Design and run workshops for various audiences, training customers on AI fundamentals, deployment patterns, and Reka platform usage.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to influence the roadmap based on customer needs and contribute to internal prototypes and demos.
• Assist in competitive analysis against leading AI vendors, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, presales, solution architecture, or applied ML roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and model serving technologies.
• Solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals, vision models, and speech-to-text technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Strong consultative problem-solving mindset and customer empathy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of GenAI fine-tuning techniques and dataset curation.
• Familiarity with ML security, compliance, and governance practices.
