Seasonal Field Worker - Croatia

About the Role

We are looking for a Seasonal Field Worker to join our team at Violeta for the summer season in Croatia. This position will run from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. As a Seasonal Field Worker remote, you will be responsible for stocking shelves and ensuring that our products are well-presented and available to customers. You will receive comprehensive training and support to prepare you for the dynamic nature of this role.

What You'll Do

• Stock shelves and maintain product displays in retail locations.
• Ensure that all products are available and presented according to company standards.
• Work closely with the team to achieve daily operational goals.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for transportation to various locations.
• Participate in training sessions to understand product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

• Must have a personal vehicle for transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in retail or a similar field is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work full-time in the first shift (8 hours daily).

Nice to Have

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move products as needed.
