Senior Front-End Developer - React/​TypeScript for Biotech Innovation

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Front-End Developer (React/TypeScript) to join our innovative team at Novasign. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the future of bioprocessing technology. You will be instrumental in developing user-friendly interfaces that enhance our platform, Novasign Studio, which is at the forefront of life-saving therapies and sustainable food technologies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain modern React/TypeScript applications using Next.js.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to create seamless integrations.
• Apply best practices in coding and design to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to code reviews and architectural documentation.
• Focus on user experience to build real-time, data-rich applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, particularly with Next.js.
• Expertise in data fetching and caching with React Query or similar tools.
• Proficiency in state management, UI component libraries, and modern build tools.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and CSS frameworks like Material UI.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience in Agile/Scrum workflows.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of real-time applications (SignalR, WebSockets).
• Proficiency in data visualization libraries (ECharts, Plotly, HighCharts).
• Familiarity with component-driven development using Storybook.
• Basic knowledge of C# and Python.
