About the Role

We are seeking a talented SAP EWM Support Consultant to join our dynamic team at Fusion Consulting. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support and enhance warehouse-related processes in a quality-driven environment. As an SAP EWM Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' operations while working with a globally recognized consultancy in the Life Sciences industry.

What You'll Do

• Provide functional support for SAP EWM, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related issues efficiently.
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks within warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process effectiveness and implement best practices.
• Contribute to a practical, business-focused quality approach that meets industry standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM support, with a solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Proven experience in process improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and risk-based thinking is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAPA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analysis is advantageous.
• Experience in pharma or other regulated industries is beneficial but not required.

Nice to Have

• Certification in SAP EWM or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
