What You'll Do

• Act as the primary sales agent for contact with distributors, roofing contractors, and homeowner groups in your territory.
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and convert them into customers.
• Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills to influence various audiences.
• Create and enhance relationships with new and existing customers to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Prepare timely and accurate proposals while understanding customer requirements in blueprints and specifications.
• Stay informed about competitor developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Proven skills in new account development and relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the roofing or construction industry.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
