Sales Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our team at Platform Science. This Sales Project Manager remote position is a unique opportunity to lead our Workforce Compliance initiatives in France. You will be the primary technical point of contact for prospects and customers, ensuring that we bridge the gap between sales and long-term customer success.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to analyze prospect needs and present technical architectures that ensure long-term adoption and minimal technical debt.
• Lead the onboarding of Key Accounts, conducting training workshops for IT teams and Power Users.
• Create reusable training assets such as video snippets, FAQ guides, and query libraries to empower customer autonomy.
• Act as a high-level filter for the Engineering team by resolving implementation hurdles through independent data querying.
• Translate field requirements into actionable technical specifications for future product updates, ensuring alignment with market demands.

Requirements

• Strong IT background covering diverse systems and architectures.
• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts (APIs, Databases) for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in data querying to extract and analyze information for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Industry knowledge in truck/bus driving regulations or transport-related payroll management is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional diplomatic and communication skills in both French and English.

• Experience in a technical sales role or project management.
• Knowledge of IoT applications in the transportation industry.
