Associate Cash Management Representative II - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Cash Management Representative II to join our dynamic team at BNY. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while making a significant impact in the financial services sector. As an Associate Cash Management Representative II, you will play a crucial role in managing cash operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Fund cash bank accounts for all Pershing EMEA entities to support business-as-usual activities.
• Manage and segregate client and firm money to meet regulatory requirements.
• Review, monitor, and approve payments related to firm and client cash activities.
• Collaborate with operational teams and Treasury to fulfill cash management processes.
• Oversee the management of team checklists and oversight tasks, escalating any cash management issues to management and Treasury.

Requirements

• Proven cash management experience, including the reconciliation of bank account balances and breaks.
• Demonstrable experience in reviewing and approving payments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of payment message types, including Swift, MT, and Pacs messages.
• Experience using reconciliation software, such as TLM.
• Competent user of Excel.
