Senior Fullstack Developer - B2B SaaS

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team at Elara, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our product and driving its success. As a Senior Fullstack Developer remote, you will work closely with our CTO and have a direct impact on our software for maintenance teams. Our cloud-based, mobile-first solution is designed for those who manage equipment, machines, and buildings, and we are on a mission to eliminate asset downtime.

What You'll Do

• Enhance our existing product by improving code quality and architecture, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmaps.
• Lead by example through thorough code reviews, pair programming, and maintaining a clean ticketing system.
• Design intuitive and modern user interfaces that enhance user experience and facilitate ease of use.
• Make independent decisions regarding product features and improvements, demonstrating a self-directed working style.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a fullstack developer with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Bun as a runtime environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work directly with customer feedback.
• Comfort in making architectural decisions and articulating the rationale behind them.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or industrial software environments.
• An eye for UI/UX design, with the ability to advocate for modern interfaces.
• Familiarity with maintenance, asset management, or industrial technology.
• Experience mentoring other developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or similar LLM-based coding tools.
