Legal Intern - Real Estate Promotion (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Intern for Real Estate Promotion to join our dynamic team at Altarea. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate law while working alongside experienced professionals. As a Legal Intern, you will support our legal department in various aspects of real estate development projects.

What You'll Do

• Assist the development and program teams in executing residential and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Provide legal advice on urban planning and environmental law.
• Review and negotiate land agreements with notaries, including sales promises, sales deeds, and construction leases.
• Draft partnership protocols, particularly for co-promotion operations.
• Advise operational teams during project execution, focusing on relationships with contractors and project management.
• Monitor legal disputes (excluding legal guarantees).
• Draft agreements and various conventions.
• Conduct legal watch and research on relevant topics.

Requirements

• Higher education in real estate/construction law.
• Seeking an internship opportunity.
