About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Lead - Remote to join our innovative technology company that addresses complex transportation challenges. This role focuses on enhancing sales execution and driving growth through scalable infrastructure and strategic frameworks. You will work closely with sales leadership to translate growth goals into actionable strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with sales leadership to establish reliable revenue data sources, including territory plans and quotas.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM data quality while optimizing workflows with senior RevOps leadership.
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives by developing documentation to support effective system and process use.
  • Refine end-to-end processes to increase sales velocity and improve win rates across segments.
  • Support sales forecasting by maintaining pipeline standards and providing visibility into sales rep and customer performance.
  • Manage pricing updates and incentive compensation administration to align commission structures with sales behavior.
  • Report to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to convert data into narratives that guide executive decisions.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge norms while maintaining collaboration.
  • Effective project management skills balancing strategic development with immediate operational needs.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Coefficient.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset focused on identifying gaps and building scalable solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Cyber Security industry.
  • Familiarity with advanced sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of market trends in transportation technology.
