About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager remote to join our dynamic team at BEUMER Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance tasks, and optimizing our service delivery. As a people manager, you will motivate and coach your team while also serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3 Site Engineers, ensuring effective maintenance of our systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, adjusting as necessary to meet operational needs.
• Foster a collaborative and professional work environment that emphasizes teamwork and respect.
• Utilize your technical background to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement and proactively resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a technical background.
• Proven experience in a maintenance management role, ideally in an industrial setting.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to meet client needs effectively.
• Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership role within a technical environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software.
• Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends.
