About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team remotely, focusing on craft products and services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning customer visits based on your digital activity plan, aiming to strategically develop your territory and build long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in your designated area to promote our craft products and services.
- Utilize AI-supported applications for intelligent visit planning and customer potential analysis.
- Deliver practical product and service presentations to captivate your clients.
- Create customized offers and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from the sales region, product specialists, and key account management to provide exceptional service.
- Support customers in the digitalization of their business processes with our ORSY shelf and vending machine solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints effectively.
- Implement promotional actions to boost sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have a commercial or craft-related education, but we welcome career changers.
- Experience in the craft industry or a sales-related environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical products and a willingness to engage with the challenges faced by craft businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
- Proficiency in digital applications, including CRM systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Structured working style, self-responsibility, and determination.
- A valid Class B driver's license for travel within your sales region.
