What You'll Do

  • Complete an onboarding program to enhance your skills and maximize your success as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Qualify leads from inbound channels and marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams.
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through outbound channels, including email, calls, and social media.
  • Utilize our OneAdvanced ABM program to enrich data for customers and prospects, using diligent research techniques.
  • Become proficient in the latest sales technologies to increase your success and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM and stay updated on industry news to relate to prospects' challenges.
  • Achieve monthly quotas on meetings and opportunities generated that meet qualification criteria.
  • Consistently analyze your results, identify areas for improvement, and seek feedback from peers.
