Clinical Territory Associate - Remote Role at Intuitive

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) to join our team at Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery. This remote role will allow you to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales. As a Clinical Territory Associate, you will become a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across various surgical specialties, helping to develop surgical robotics programs in your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

• Provide case support by being a resource to the surgical team, offering guidance and training on the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Lead product demonstrations and in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
• Contribute to the Clinical Sales Manager's quarterly sales goals by influencing behavior change in customers through product demonstrations and customer support training.
• Support regional sales and marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Manage administrative tasks such as reporting sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after appropriate training, providing guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Strong work ethic and ambition to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• A sales degree is a plus.
